Please ensure you read through the following terms.Ordering From UsWe have all your favourite Note Cosmetics products here on this website. Browse through each category and select the items you would like to order. When you’re finished with that, click on the checkout option. On the next page, you would be asked to fill out your contact details.Your order will not be processed if you don’t follow through with this step. Be sure to fill in your correct contact information and billing address as orders would only be sent there. Note Cosmetics Nigeria reserves the right to cancel and refund orders where tenable.Delivery ScheduleAs soon as your order is complete and we receive and confirm it, we would begin processing. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within Lagos and 3-7 working days for shipping outside Lagos.PaymentWe accept online payments via your credit or debit cards, USSD transfers. All payments are made to Note Cosmetics Nigeria in Nigerian Naira.Delivery FeesFor Lagos deliveries, a flat rate of N1500 is charged for standard service. For deliveries outside Lagos, we charge N3,000.Coupon CodesApplicable discount codes must be used at the time of ordering – we will not refund after a purchase has been made without it.ReturnsIf for some reason you’re not happy with your order, you can initiate a return to receive a full refund. Please note that returns are considered within 3 days of the purchase date. Simply send an email to admin@notecosmetics.com.ng and attach your purchase receipt; upon return approval, pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package.We will advise you on the location to send the package. On receipt of the package and after successful verification, a refund would be made to you within 5 working days in the form of a credit to the credit cardholder. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable in this instance. And the customer would incur return shipping fees.In cases where the return is a result of wrong packaging from us, we will cover the shipping expenses.Items purchased at any location other than notecosmetics.com.ng must be returned to their original point of purchase.
